Star Martial Arts start children as early as 4 years old and up to and through 104 years old.
Children simply find martial arts fun while they get all of the mental benefits their parents want them to develop. We believe in teaching the martial arts through positive reinforcement. We focus on the positive things the children are displaying in class and encourage more behavior like it.
Martial Arts is a great source of exercise for adults, it will help you lose weight, it will improve your cardiovascular health. Plus you will be getting an education in self defense.
Martial Arts helps all students improve their Self-Confidence. Your improved self-confidence will help kids to get better grades in school, to challenge themselves more. For adults improved confidence leads to better performance at work.

How to enroll:
There is only one question when choosing a martial arts school:

Does this school fit my needs?

Ask yourself these questions:
1)  Do I want to train in martial arts to learn self protection?
2)  Do I want small classes?
3)  Do I want more personal instruction?
4)  Do I want classes taught primarily by the owner of the school?
5)  Do I want one set cost without surprising extras like membership fees?
6) Do I want serious training but with good humor and enjoyment?
If you answered yes to the above questions then our school should meet your needs.
 
However, you can only really know if this is the school for you by trying it out.
The Star Martial Arts School strongly believes that you should have the opportunity to learn what the school teaches and how they train before you are asked for any commitment of your time.
  •  We offer one week of free classes with no obligations.
  • Then we offer a two month trail period for the standard rates: however your uniform is provided.
